Declare an SLA for an x402 endpoint you control, in the x402-signals-aligned vocabulary (uptime_target 99|99.5|99.9, latency_p95_ms >= 50, refund_policy none|partial|full, optional price_guarantee_window_hours <= 8760). Domain provenance is proven, not asserted: the first call returns a nonce that the provider must host at <url>/.well-known/ddg-sla-verify-<nonce>.txt, and the second call {url, declaration_id} probes exactly that path. On a match the declaration becomes ACTIVE and is HMAC-SHA256 signed. The nonce is single-use with a 1h expiry; <= 20 pending/active declarations per agent (X-Agent-Id). Zero custody: DDG records the declared refund policy as data and never holds, moves or refunds funds.

Aggregate one monitoring window into the numbers a paying agent needs: uptime_pct (reachable samples / samples in the window), p95_ms (nearest-rank over reachable samples, no interpolation, p95_sample_size reported), sample counts, coverage against the nominal 2016 samples per 7-day window, breach_count and the ids of the signed certificates issued for that URL inside the window. Free ($0) per spec; the edge price floor knob is DDG_SLA_FREE_ROUTE_PRICE (flip to "0.001" if the edge 402s a zero-amount route).

All 7 robotics task-authority audits as a provenance bundle. Each audit ships a 5-node .tine artifact (grant → scope_check → execution → evidence → receipt). Includes authorization-contract, scope-and-revocation, completion-receipt-validator, idempotency, authority-intersection, deadman-revocation, and liability-receipt-schema. Saves $75 vs individual purchase.

Certify an opentine .tine artifact (format v2) BEFORE you pay for the work product it describes: re-derive every content-addressed step hash, check the parent chain, reject duplicate/replayed and dangling-referenced steps, and return an HMAC-SHA256 signed certification (certified | rejected + machine-readable reasons). States provenance facts only -- structural validity of the run history, never the quality of the work. Zero custody: DDG stores digests and verdicts, never artifact bodies, and never executes the artifact.

Premium deep security audit of agent-supplied code or MCP tool configs: 16 detector families (secrets, injection surfaces, unsafe deserialization, TLS, prompt-injection surface, tool-permission drift), evidence with line context, per-finding remediation, risk score, server-signed certificate.
