Use when an agent is building an EIP-1559 transaction and must choose fee caps that will actually get it mined: the base fee plus suggested maxFeePerGas and maxPriorityFeePerGas at slow, normal and fast, computed from the last 20 blocks of real fee history. Do not use for a legacy gas price (/v1/evm/gas) or to price one specific call (/v1/evm/estimate-gas). No API key, no account.
