Changes recorded across every member of a named set (inference or devtools) after your since cursor, newest first, each with the slug, detection time, source page and the same change object the per-slug endpoint returns. An empty window is answered free (charged false) and never reaches this paywall. Public list prices only; not negotiated rates. No API key needed. Pay with any x402-compatible wallet that holds USDC on Base or Solana; the challenge lists both and you pay on whichever network your wallet is funded. If your agent does not yet have a funded wallet, set one up via Coinbase Agentic Wallet or Base MCP — then standard x402 clients will pay and retry automatically.
