Returns an aggregate GEX strike ladder (dealer-convention net gamma per strike), gamma flip level (zero-cumulative-GEX strike), spot regime above or below flip, max-pain strikes for upcoming weekly and monthly expiries, an expected-move cone (ATM-IV-derived 1-sigma, front expiry), and a heuristic pin-risk score. 15-minute in-memory cache. $0.04 USDC via x402.
