CSOAI Free Door

Live board totals and the signed public root, free: the axis totals and Merkle root, served through a real x402 settle. It reads nothing new: the totals are the board's own and the root is the published one. States: each axis MEASURED or UNMEASURED exactly as the board states it. Verification is free forever; the same bytes answer 200 at /api/gspc and /root.json.
