draconic21 Signal Day
One Daily Agent Signal brief by stored date (judgment, sources). Body { date: YYYY-MM-DD }; optional expect_sha256 pins the revision checked at /signal/YYYY-MM-DD.json. A changed revision returns 409 before any charge; bad or unstored dates return free 400/404. Current stored revision, not an immutable as-of snapshot. GET /signal/editions.json lists dates and current brief_sha256; preview: /v1/signal_day/example.
