Use when an agent has coordinates (from GPS, a map click or another API) and needs a human-readable place: returns the nearest OSM feature with display name, country, city, street when available, and lat/lon of the matched feature. Public OpenStreetMap-derived data via Photon, Nominatim fallback. Empty ocean / unknown = 404, not charged.
