Signed derivative data feed: the signed streams already on the public root, assembled into one document per request. Carries the signals index, the first-fine watch feed, the root and the card index, each block with its own signature and key id and its as_of read from the file. States: each stream as signed, or UNCHECKABLE where its signature cannot be checked. Data only; verification is free and every stream is public at its own URL.
