Rows are Hyperliquid's activeAssetCtx {coin, ctx} plus `time` (epoch seconds). Priced per row ($0.000025 premium); paginate with the X-Next-Start header (≤5000 rows/page): it is the last `time` plus 60, the next start. Served live (no lag).
