OnChain Diligence Screen

Screen an EVM wallet address by exact match against the digital currency address identifiers on the official US Treasury OFAC SDN List (validated snapshot, refreshed hourly). Returns a signed listed / not_listed result with the SDN entry, dataset provenance and limits. SDN only, not EU/UN/UK lists; a non-match is not legal clearance. For payment screening before sending funds.
