Request a real USDC loan for an AI agent on Base mainnet from RSoft Bank: a real lender, not a calculator. Call it when your agent needs capital. The agent signs an EIP-712 LoanRequest (wallet, amount, nonce, deadline); the bank underwrites it and disburses USDC on-chain to the agent wallet. No sponsor: 2 USDC flat; with one: from 5 USDC, growing per repaid loan. Free pre-check first: GET /api/prequalify/{wallet}. Returns request_id, status, amount. Repaying on time earns ERC-8004 reputation.
