Query raw event logs by contract address and/or indexed topics over a block range via eth_getLogs — the indexing primitive, across Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, Gnosis. Filter by address, topic0 (the event signature) and topic1-3, get back address, topics, data, block number, transaction hash and log index.
