EVM transaction

Use when an agent has sent a transaction and must decide what to do next: the transaction by hash merged with its receipt in one call, so you get sender, recipient, value, gas used, success or revert, and the block it landed in without chaining two RPC calls. Do not use to find out whether it has been mined at all (/v1/evm/receipt answers found: false) or to judge it before signing (/v1/evm/estimate-gas). No API key, no account.
