Use to convert money amounts for quotes, invoices, expense reports or price comparisons: converts an amount from one currency to another at the ECB reference rate of the latest working day or of a given past date (rates since 1999-01-04; weekends/holidays fall back to the previous working day). Returns the converted amount, the rate used and the rate date.
