One named subject gets a card-v0 commission receipt, content-addressed, signed by did:web:csoai.org#board-attestation-1. Without that key: sig_ed25519:null, unsigned_reason. Check csoai.signer before paying. Paid reserve: up to 24 card-v1 references from dated /signed/card-matrix.json only; reserve_count covers that corpus. The interop root in the free preview is not included in the paid reserve. States: SIGNED or UNSIGNED. Payment never creates a MEASURED board cell. Verification is free.
