Base

Base eth_getTransactionByHash. Takes hash (transaction hash, 0x + 64 hex) and returns that Base transaction as the node returns it: from, to, value, gas, gas price, input, nonce, block number and transaction index, or null if the node does not know the hash. Base RPC read of an address, block or transaction.
