Provider change record: the signed history of document changes the daily watcher recorded for tracked model providers. Each diff leaf comes with its Merkle inclusion proof, assembled per request. States: each diff exactly as the watcher recorded it; the latest state per provider is free at the same path without history=1. Verification is free.
